对于美国本科申请的孩纸来说，无论你是选择SAT还是ACT，总之都是一个不可绕开的话题。那么什么样的成绩可以称之为“Good”呢?

　　SAT满分是800分，主要是两部分组成。一部分是阅读和文法共800分，一部分是数学800分。

　　ACT满分是36分，考试科目有英语、数学、阅读和科学。两者写作都是选考。

　　一定要是考到满分才算是Good分数吗?

　　Gaye Weintraub(一位SAT/ACT导师)这样说过：“A‘good’ score on the SATwould be 1350 to 1600. Generally, 1300-1400 is considered good, and anywhere inthe 1500s would be considered exceptional. For the ACT,” she adds, “a top scorewould be 34 to 36.”

也就是说一般认为SAT在1350-1600都已经被认为是“Good”的了，1500+以上可以称为高分了，但是对于中国学生来说，1350分的成绩应该已经石沉大海了…ACT高分范围则是在34-36分。

　　但是标化成绩并不是申请的唯一因素，今年很多SAT1500+的大佬被拒，这也是没有办法的事。所以我们只能说如果你的成绩处于学校成靠前的位置，而你被考虑的机会可能被更高一些。

　　下面我们来看一组2017ACT各科考试所占百分比

　　其中写作是16年公布的数据。

　　Patton曾说：“Your scores and your GPA are the two numbers most admissionsofficers use to decide if they’ll even look at the rest of your application .Ifyour GPA is far higher than average for your target schools, or if you’reaiming for liberal arts colleges where every application is read fully, youmight skate by with a slightly lower score. But in any other case, raising yourtest score to be competitive at your target schools is absolutely essential.”

　　这句话也充分证明了标化成绩虽然所占比重虽然没有以前高，但是就现在目前的形式而言，没有标化却是万万不能的。
