  参考范文:

Both the author and the lecturer concentrate on the challenges that people encounter when they dig the ErieCanal. The reading passage asserts that these three methods are quite effective to stop this tendency. However, the professor in the lecture to tally refutesall the passage's viewpoints.

Firstly, even though the writer claims that the forest was on the way, which means it is difficult to dig the canal.and wetland causes the increasing number of mosquito, giving rise to illness of workers. the speaker discredits this by arguing that the viewpoint is not convincing, as it could save the labour, with the invention of the root tool. Moreover, there will be no mosquito because the wetland will freeze in the winter, after which it starts working.

Furthermore, despite the statement in the reading passage that too less people are involved in digging canal, the professor contends that more and more new migrants would come there, who do nothave jobs. The speaker further explains that they need jobs to support themselves and families, which is exactly thelabour source.

Finally, the author states that it does not deserve to construct the canal, for the profit is far less than the investment, and in this region, the trade is not necessary due to the less people here. The lecturer counters that it doesn’t work well. The professor advances theargument, saying that less people is due to the poor transportation system and establishing the canal is beneficial for shortening the time and saving the cost.

In brief, the writer and the speaker contradict each other on whether these three methods are invalid to tackle the challenges of digging canal.

It is as important as the older people to study and learn new things as young people?

A common natural law reveals the simpletruth that everyone in the world had better study all the time. But traditional wisdom generally believes that it is easier for young people to learn innovative ideas and new concepts. Elders, onthe other hand, are supposed to relax and enjoy their retirement to the full estextent. I would definitely object to this statement.

First and foremost, always learning makesit possible for elders to stay in touch with the world and not to be in dangerof being excluded by the times. Specifically ,the only thing that doesn't change in today's world is change itself, There are too many new things that donot exist in their age, like electronic gadgets, innovative treatment to cureincurable diseases, creative business ideas and approaches and set forth. It would be disastrous if elders stopped being an active learner and retreat tothe primitive mindset.

Secondly, For instance, young people arefond of new electronic devices like ipad, iphone and stuff, and they use these gadgets to stay in touch with their peers and families. If a grandpa has noteven heard of twitter or instagram, it will be impossible for the two generations to stay connected.

as a result of this policy, students are more likely to receive more attention than before. To illustrate, thetraditional “teacher-centered” mode of teaching, teachers always play anindispensable role to control the pace of lesson or courses. In this case, students are regarded as passive spectators, which does not contribute to theireffectiveness of study. But, if students are allowed to evaluate their teachers, might be more active in their studies. Naturally, teachers will know about students’ needs better through constructive comments.

Besides, this feedback could be applied to promote teaching outcomes. This is because teachers will improve the quality oftheir work according to the feedback. If students evaluate the speaking speed of teachers, they will adjust or adopt better teaching methods and the improved pace to meet the demand of students. Additionally, such a psychological sate will naturally lead to competition among teachers who are evaluated to raisetheir qualities of teaching methodology. As long as such pressure is finally turned into impetus, we will believe that greater and more efforts are made.

Last but not least, compared with other teachers, students’ appraisal will be fairer and more justice to teachers. Tobe more specific, a student is usually considered as a customer. As is known toall, customers are the best candidates to evaluate the worth of a product orservice they enjoy. So the feedback from students are more correct or directmost notably in that they are direct receivers with regard to class teaching, teaching effectiveness, general management and so on whey they are in classroom.

Therefore,in order to gain more attention, improve the quality of teaching methodology as well as the justification of evaluation, this view should be listened.
