　　Well, the first thing parents can do is to play cooperative games with their children. These games develop skills like sharing, taking turns and following instructions. Like, playing the back-and-forth games gives kids a message that they should always take turns and listen to others in social interactions. Another thing parents can do is to do chores together with their children. Children learn how to be responsible and cooperative by having responsibilities around the house. So giving them one or two tasks on a weekly basis can be a good lesson.

　　Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Government should forbid violence and bad language in TV programs. Us specific reasons and examples in your answer. (2016年10月22日Task2)

　　Sample answer:

　　Well, I disagree that government should ban violence and bad words in TV programs. Surely these materials may distort young people’s value system, and lead them to wrong directions. Some of the teenagers may even imitate those bad actions, but TV is certainly not the only resource for them to get those kind of bad content exposure. Young people can easily get access to them on the Internet, or the computer games. So a better way to shield cursing words and violence is calling for parents’ supervision and an enhanced degree of self-discipline.
