　　Task 1

　　内容回忆Some students prefer to use their spare time to take extra classes or attend summer schools in order to graduate one year earlier. Talk about some of the advantages and /or disadvantages of doing this.

　　参考答案Well I reckon that everything has two sides. Taking extra classes in summer in order to graduate earlier has an advantage that it releases parents’ economic burden in a long run. Students could start to work earlier. Once they finish their programs in the colleges, they are able to apply themselves to the real tasks in the companies and make a great deal money. However, we cannot totally ignore its disadvantage. It is more challenging to take the summer courses, since the courses are so packed. Technically, one quarter lasts about 11 weeks. But the summer courses only covers 8 weeks, so students have to finish a large amount of assignments as well as research projects.

　　People in the community take courses in university for free but don’t have a grade or give any feedback. Do you think this is a good idea?

　　参考答案Personally, I am kind of against this idea.

　　For starts, feedback is very critical to any kind of students. The outcome of taking the courses is not clear without assessment or feedback. Students might not sure whether they are on the right path, how much progress they actually make or any mistake they have.

　　Plus, it could cause significant burden on the universities, since the courses are free for the people from the communities. The increasing number of the listeners might be overwhelming for the professors. They have to design the courses specifically to address those students’ needs and spend a large amount of time on the teaching methodology.

　　阅读主题：一封来自教授信：学校应该禁止学生出入公园的花园

　　1. 花园里的花草是用来做研究的

　　2. 学生可以去别的花园

　　听力听力：反对

　　1)既然是研究用的，就应该有个notice。我们看到notice 就会注意，自然就会保护了。

　　2)是有其他的公园，但是也太远了。很多学生都没有车也有没有公共交通怎么去呢。

　　Task 4地球工程学

　　阅读Geoengineering 讲了科学家的方法减少对环境的破坏

　　听力讲授举了olivine 的例子吸收二氧化碳。Olivine是一个东西可以吸收二氧化碳并形成稳定华荷花。这种东西很多，可以铺在地面上。

　　Task 5时间冲突题

　　问题女的本来要给business clubs设计海报，但是她想陪朋友参加音乐会，时间冲突

　　解决方案解决方案1：去见她的朋友。因为以后就没有什么机会了。

　　解决方案2：不去见朋友，改海报。因为她还想表现的踊跃参加社团活动，因为下学期她想当leader

　　Task 6经济类

　　话题经理不分派任务给手下的两个因素。prevent delegation

　　要点1 担心下属不行，所以leader自己干。

　　2 担心下属做得太好，得到promotion，把自己给挤走了，并举了一个厨子的例子
